Restricts contact detail visibility to paid members
Allows users to deactivate profiles
Allows users to confirm matches independently
We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, compatibility, or success of any match.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Immediately notify us of unauthorized account access
Use the platform for lawful matrimonial purposes only
You must not:
Misrepresent identity or personal details
Harass, abuse, or solicit other users
Upload false, obscene, or illegal content
Use the platform for commercial solicitation
4. Profile Visibility & Consent
Profiles are displayed only after user submission and acceptance of these Terms.
You control the visibility of your profile and may deactivate it at any time.
Everest Lifepartner reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove profiles that violate our policies.
5. Membership Plans & Payments
Viewing or revealing contact details requires purchase of a membership plan.
All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Membership benefits, duration, and pricing are clearly disclosed at purchase.
Everest Lifepartner may modify plans or pricing with prior notice.
6. Match Confirmation & Profile Deactivation
Once users confirm a match outside the platform, they may deactivate their profile.
Deactivated profiles will not be visible to other users.
Everest Lifepartner is not responsible for outcomes after match confirmation.
7. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of your personal content.
By submitting content, you grant Everest Lifepartner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and process your content for matchmaking purposes.
We do not sell personal profiles to third parties.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
We receive credible complaints
Required by law or regulatory authorities
You may terminate your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not verify user background, marital status, or intent.
Everest Lifepartner is not liable for user conduct, communications, or decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Everest Lifepartner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States.
