4.2 We only facilitate interactions between users and do not verify or guarantee user-provided information.
4.3 The Company is not a broker, agent, or marriage guarantor.
4.4 As an intermediary, we are not liable for third-party content or user actions, subject to applicable law.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5.3 You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5.4 Impersonation, fake profiles, or misleading identity information is strictly prohibited.

USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Violations may result in suspension, permanent ban, and legal action.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
7.1 You retain ownership of your content.
7.2 You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your content for platform operation.
7.3 We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7.4 You are solely responsible for your content and agree to indemnify the Company for any related claims.
PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUNDS
8.1 The Platform offers paid packages and subscription-based services.
8.2 Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
8.3 All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8.5 Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

MATRIMONIAL-SPECIFIC TERMS

11.3 Users must independently verify identity, background, and personal claims.
11.4 No refunds will be provided based on lack of suitable matches.
11.5 Dowry-related content or requests are strictly prohibited.
CONTENT MODERATION & TERMINATION

12.2 Users may report violations through platform tools.
12.3 We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for violations.
12.4 Users may request a review or appeal of decisions where applicable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

17.2 Disputes shall be resolved through:
(a) Good faith negotiation (30 days)
(b) Arbitration under applicable Indian laws
17.3 Courts located in Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction.

SEVERABILITY
